Cultural Burns are Cool

ABOUT

Larry is a farmer in the Hunter region of NSW. As he walks around his property the animals complain about the lack of suitable habitat and the amount of weeds encroaching on their homes. Larry call on the support of Uncle Norm, an Aboriginal fire practitioner, to help look after his property with conducting a cool burn.

This book also includes a school play script with face masks for all the plant and animal characters. You can watch students from St. Brigid’s Primary School, Raymond Terrace, perform the play: WATCH VIDEO
