This book is about Clumsy, a red-necked stint, who flies to the Gippsland Lakes from Siberia. When he reaches the Gippsland Lakes there are a few problems that he encounters. He is helped by a young girl named Lily. She helps to raise awareness of the red-necked stint and the Gippsland Lakes.
