ABOUT
Penny the Pygmy Perch gets bullied by three nasty fish – a carp, goldfish and a gambusia. Penny ended up being the only Pygmy Perch in the Lagoon when Dr John, a scientist, discovers her. He, and the community, work towards making the lagoon healthy and getting rid of the bullying, nasty fish.
