Desi and Freddie, the Diamond Firetail birds, are attacked by two Noisy miners as they try to build their nest. They flee their nest in fright. The wise Barn owl tells them of a lush native garden at Corowa South Public School – it’s full of their favourite food and nesting materials, and has no Noisy miners to scare them.
